Returns Policy

At GGLUXResale, we strive to provide a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience. As an independent luxury resale marketplace, we carefully inspect and authenticate each item prior to listing.

Due to the unique nature of pre-owned and resale luxury goods, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Eligibility for Returns

A return may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received an item that significantly differs from its description

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged during transit

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or personal preference

  • Minor signs of wear consistent with resale condition

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


Return Request Window

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

Authentication Disclaimer

All items sold on GGLUXResale undergo an independent authentication process prior to listing. However, GGLUXResale is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any of the brands we sell.

Brand names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.


Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • The item must be shipped back in its original condition

  • The item must not show any additional wear or damage

  • All original packaging and tags must be included

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items that have been worn or altered after delivery

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items returned without prior authorization


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may require:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the item

  • Carrier documentation

Each case is reviewed individually.
